National Sales Manager 

 

Sales Strategy Development

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  2. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve strategy.
  4. Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals

 

Team Leadership and Development 

  1. Develop, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  2. Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.
  3. Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

 

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regional office.
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  3. Address client needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Sales Operations:

  1. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
  2. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and performance metrics.
  3. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

 

Marketing Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
  2. Contribute to the development of promotional materials, campaigns, seminar, exhibition.
  3. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
