What You’ll Do:

As an HR Business Partner for Recruiting & Onboarding, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by leading strategic recruitment efforts and designing an engaging onboarding experience. From sourcing the best talent to ensuring new hires feel valued from day one, you’ll be at the forefront of our people-first mission.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies for specialized roles
  • Engage Top Talent: Leverage job boards, social media, and your networking skills to attract the best candidates
  • Create a Seamless Onboarding Experience: Design and execute an onboarding process that sets new hires up for success and cultural integration
  • Be a Candidate Champion: Provide clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring journey
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, interview processes, and employer branding strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding programs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (such as SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for people and culture
