Regional Sales Manager South  

Big Dutchman is looking for a Sales Manager to work in the Southern Region (PR, SC, RS), responsible for developing the Egg Division market, expanding the customer portfolio, and leading consultative sales of poultry houses, cage-free systems, automation, feeding, egg collection, and turnkey solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales and market share in the Southern region
• Active prospecting at farms, cooperatives, and integrators
• Lead technical/consultative sales of complete solutions
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and commercial KPIs
• Work with project and after-sales teams on turnkey proposals
• Monitor the market, trends, and competitors
• Participate in industry trade fairs and Events

Requirements

• Degree in Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in agribusiness sales, preferably in layer poultry production
• Knowledge of layer management and systems (cage-free is a plus)
• Consultative selling and complex negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the Southern region
• CRM and digital tools proficiency (BFN Fusion is a plus)
