Deliverables

• Perform technical verification (TOC – Technical Order Check) of proposals prepared by sales representatives and quotation teams, ensuring alignment with technical standards and customer requirements
• Provide technical support to sales and engineering teams during the preparation of proposals and projects.
• Develop technical materials (presentations, training, application guides) for internal and external stakeholders, and deliver technical training sessions for clients, representatives, and internal teams
• Prepare market analysis reports, identifying customer needs and opportunities for product improvement
• Actively contribute to events, webinars, and technical marketing initiatives
• Design and implement technical training programs for internal teams and strategic clients

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth technical expertise in Big Dutchman’s pig systems and solutions, acting as the technical reference for the pig market across the LATAM region
• Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of proposals with customer needs and company standards
• Support the sales department with technical expertise
• Anticipate customer demands and potential issues, proposing proactive solutions
• Provide continuous feedback to the Product Development team on improvements and market trends

Requirements

Experience

• Preferred 5 years of experience in pig production or related technical fields.
• Hands-on experience with client interaction, technical support, and/or sales of complex solutions
• Experience delivering technical training and commercial presentations is an advantage

Education

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related areas
• Postgraduate studies or MBA in management, marketing, or business are considered an asset

Language

• Advanced English
• Profficient Spanish
