Service Electronics
Position Mission:
Ensure the correct technical execution of Customer Service field projects by coordinating materials, contractors, and installation processes, with a focus on meeting technical standards, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the reception, control, and inventory of materials on site
- Follow up on the work plan, reporting progress and the status of activities
- Supervise contractors in the field, providing training and reviewing the assembly and installation of components
- Verify wiring, conduits, and technical compliance of installations
- Troubleshoot technical issues on site and follow up on the solutions implemented
- Provide the customer with clear and accurate technical information about the project
- Perform functionality tests, system startups, and customer training
- Document project progress and ensure traceability of actions taken
- Interpret structural, electrical, and mechanical diagrams throughout the project phases
- Identify preventive or corrective maintenance needs and support their execution
Graduation Requirements:
- Technical or university degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Related technical fields
- Preferred: Previous experience in technical fieldwork, installation supervision, or system commissioning
- Experience in customer relations and contractor management will be highly valued
