Sales Trainee (m/f/d) BU Egg
What is your task?
- Completion of a 24-month trainee program, both nationally and internationally
- Getting to know the operational processes in the sales area
- Close supervision by an experienced Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)
- With increasing experience, takeover of own projects and, after completion of the trainee program, start as an independent salesperson/area sales manager (m/f/d) for defined areas
- Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and function as an interface between sales, existing customers and After Sales & Field Service
- Independent preparation of individual offers in cooperation with our technical department
What do you bring to the job?
- Sound technical/commercial/agricultural training and/or studies
- High sales affinity in the field of technical sales ideally first sales experience (e.g. through internships)
- High willingness to travel as well as sound written and spoken English and French and possible knowledge of other foreign languages
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to take on responsibility, commitment and enjoy working with other people and cultures
